Every file I send to them, along with that I send a list with all the patient names and dates of service, and I have a blurb at the bottom that says "Please confirm receipt." They do send me those lists back with each name checked off, but they still lose some reports. I can understand misplacing a printed out office note, but a lot of times they tell me this one patient wasn't included in the file. There's just no way!! But today, they apparently hadn't looked at the list I had sent them to verify with me that they had received the files. After I re-sent the file TWO times I finally got the confirmation list with each patient checked off.

- Discuss this with OM and explain PA made - corrections so file WAS recieved by office. nm

    - Tell them will have to start charging for time - finding these for them. $ usually gets results.
- Might tell them, humbly, that they DID recieve - files as PA corrected blanks and they might
