office that I worked for as IC. It turned out they were taking original letters and mailing them without making copies. Then, when the doctor reviewed the file I was told he had dictated on such and such a day and they did not get the letter. Maybe something like that is going on?????

    - Tell them will have to start charging for time - finding these for them. $ usually gets results.
- Might tell them, humbly, that they DID recieve - files as PA corrected blanks and they might
  - want to check on their end to see what wrong - so they can be sure not missing other docs. nm
