It took me a while to figure out what was wrong.  I noticed that it was certain times during my cycle.  Anyway, long story short, I went to see a hormonal specialist and she was smart enough to check my iron level, beyond the hemoglobin and hematocrit.  Turns out, although my hemoglobin and hematocrit were normal, my ferritin was depleted.  Every month after I have my period, my iron stores are used up to build my H&H back up.  Right now, I am on an iron supplement, but my doctor wants me to have the NovaSure procedure done.  I just had blood drawn again last week to check my ferritin level after being on the iron supplement for three months.  When I find out what it shows, I can make my decision about whether to have the NovaSure or not.  I do feel some better since taking the iron though.
