 No, I don't live in NC, but we, too, already have a super Wal-Mart in a community of about 35,000 people and they want to put this second one up on the other side of town in a RURAL area, next to a nice neighborhood.  It just doesn't make sense except that I believe Wal-Mart is trying to run out all the other supermarkets in our area and I have no doubt that they will if they succeed in getting this store built.  People will be forced to buy from Wal-Mart simply because they won't be able to afford not to.
