They are not paying me extra for that - I got a little offended with her email. I work hard enough keeping up their dictations (65-70 reports daily) with three providers dictating. Not to mention that their office staff does not last there more than two months. With that amount of patients per day and with new office staff every two months, progress notes tend to get lost or perhaps shredded?
