I did not take the OP to have a holier than thou type of attitude at all. I took it as if you cannot support yourself without working 7 days a week/12 hours a day then why are you not looking for a job where you can support yourself. Before you get yourself in a snit you should reread her post. Right now I make enough to help support my family but will be going back to school because I just found out that when I retire from this company my health insurance benefits stop and dh works at a fortune 500 company that will be phasing out spouse benefits over the next 10 years so I need to have a job where my insurance will continue after retirement. I'm looking at the legal field. I've had enough medical. So if you can't support your family why aren't you doing something about it other than whining.
