I appreciate your kindness and good words.    I was wondering if maybe I shouldn't post here.  LOL.  It was cowardly of them not to tell me and highly unprofessional.  They would be in chaos looking for an MT if I just walked in one day and said I was quitting that very minute.  With their workload, they'd be behind instantly.  But I would never do something so rude and inconsiderate, but apparently they don't think that way!  I know I will find some better work (or it will find me) soon.
