I don't disagree.  I just wonder what, if anything, would result from me attempting to reenforce it.  I wonder if it wouldn't do me more harm than good.  We live in a small town and my reputation is my biggest asset in getting jobs.  I have not once had to seek work in my town.  Once I starting working at home for our facility (worked AT the facility first then transitioned to home), I received calls from docs because they got my name word-of-mouth.  So I really need to protect that reputation.  I appreciate your input.  I'd like to hear from any MTs who have had to reenforce a contract, see their result.
