MT wages are not my favorite part of this job. Made most money in 2002-2007 (40s-67K). During that time I made 7.5, then 8 something, then 10.3. Incentives, overtime, shift differential. Before 2002 worked for small companies as IC, only made up to 6.5 cpl (but worked overtime), 20K (first year) up to 35K. Last year worked even more hours (2 jobs) for 10K less. (VR, platform change, less OT available on the FT job). Changed jobs and hoping for better or want to change fields.
