think I had that same doc

Mine would do numbers all crazy. He also pitched a fit over final versus discharge diagnoses. The hosp. format was admission diagnosis/final diagnosis. He said Final would be when they died as it was thier "final" diagnosis, otherwise it was discharge. When we started putting discharge for him, he started saying Final. Pain in the butt. Also had a Radiologist who would play his music so loud you could not hear him dictate. One day in about 10 reports I cut and pasted a musical bar line complete with notes and all. He got a kick out of it and actually got the hint. Never had a problem with the music again.

Another time I posted note in dictation room "Please refrain from sharing your corporeal functions with the transcriptionits!" About 5 Dr's came to me wanting to know what corporeal meant.
