Advertising? (sm)

In Reply to: It isnt that simple. What you do is the same as - false advertising, same as Obama.nm

Fact:  House passes expansion of children's health program.

Fact:  Obama said, *In this moment of crisis, ensuring that every child in America has access to affordable health care is not just good economic policy, but a moral obligation we hold as parents and citizens*

Fact:  President Bush vetoed two similar bills in 2007, arguing at the time that the legislation would have encouraged families to leave the private insurance market for the federally funded, state-run program.

Fact:  Obama has pledged to close Gitmo.

Fact:  Bush not only advocates the use of Gitmo, but has used it as a torture chamber.

Fact:  Fair pay act passes in House.

Fact:  Obama has already said he will sign this into law.

Fact:  Bush threatened to veto the fair pay act, not once, but twice.

Stating facts is not advertising.  Maybe this will help:

It's all about truth in advertising.
If he pretended to be what he is not just to court Christian voters then he's a fraud.  And the brand of Christianity (Jeremiah Wright's church) he chose is not exactly what most of us think as the tolerant face of Christianity.  God *bleep* America is not a Christian sentiment.  But one forgets, in 20 years of attending that church, the prez never heard anything hateful.
This is what you say Google Contextual Advertising.
Yes, we used the word "Muslim" a lot on politics board recently, so Google started delivering Ads related to "Muslim".

Here is an explanation of Contextual Advertising from Wikipedia:

"A contextual advertising system scans the text of a website for keywords and returns advertisements to the webpage based on what the user is viewing. The advertisements may be displayed on the webpage or as pop-up ads. For example, if the user is viewing a website pertaining to sports and that website uses contextual advertising, the user may see advertisements for sports-related companies, such as memorabilia dealers or ticket sellers. Contextual advertising is also used by search engines to display advertisements on their search results pages based on the keywords in the user's query."
