This whole thing is dumb and idiotic
you just go back several months and pull out an obscure post from somebody passionately talking about their support.  She didn't sign any dotted line for  you.  You all are OBSSESSED to the point it's scary.  Maybe she will go back...gosh this is sooooooo  freakin' stupid.
WRONG! Biden gets away with saying idiotic
nm
The Secret Service is idiotic?

This is from the beginning an idiotic comparison
how to behave toward a husband who is going to kill his wife.

Who, for heaven's sake, comes up with such weird comparisons, when we are talking about prisoners in Gitmo?

Can you people not stay on one issue without losing the focus?

probably won't be silent for long....nm

Idiotic remark from Barbara Bush

What a stupid remark from Barbara Bush.  That whole family lacks compassion.  Unbelieveable.

Barbara Bush: Things Working Out Very Well for Poor Evacuees from New Orleans

By E&P Staff

Published: September 05, 2005 7:25 PM ET updated 8:00 PM

NEW YORK Accompanying her husband, former President George H.W.Bush, on a tour of hurricane relief centers in Houston, Barbara Bush said today, referring to the poor who had lost everything back home and evacuated, This is working very well for them.

The former First Lady's remarks were aired this evening on National Public Radio's Marketplace program.

She was part of a group in Houston today at the Astrodome that included her husband and former President Bill Clinton, who were chosen by her son, the current president, to head fundraising efforts for the recovery. Sen. Hilary Clinton and Sen. Barack Obama were also present.

In a segment at the top of the show on the surge of evacuees to the Texas city, Barbara Bush said: Almost everyone I’ve talked to says we're going to move to Houston.

Then she added: What I’m hearing is they all want to stay in Texas. Everyone is so overwhelmed by the hospitality.

And so many of the people in the arena here, you know, were underprivileged anyway, so this--this (she chuckles slightly) is working very well for them.

And you're a stupid moronic idiotic

and YOU fill in the blanks.  (Take your time because there are a lot of them.)

We're *the reason we have to separated into little rooms* yet you can't stay in yours like the moderator asked.  So go back.  There is  minimum IQ requirement to be here, and you flunked.

We're not silent Clarice
But we are tired of the same ol retorec put out by the crats. We don't love to hate the O. We hate what is happening to our country. True that the stock market closed up today, but as all economists are saying (this was on CBS today), don't get so comfortable, especially because it fluctuates on a daily basis so rather than look the fool when it goes down it would be wiser not to comment on a daily fluctuating statistic.

But I did get tired of coming to this board and seeing all the people who don't drink the kool-aid get bashed all the time, so just stopped coming. It's sad to see the Obots blatantly chanting the praises of the O when there is nothing to praise yet. As we've been repeatedly told over and over... "It's only been a month". So with that said "It's only been a month" - stop praising him and claiming he is walking on water.

And what's up with him laughing at Americans on public TV. The country is heading for depression and he's laughing about it???? If he thinks what we are going through, losing our jobs and homes and going hungry is amusing and funny while he and his cronies throw their weekly parties with our tax money, then that is truly low class.

So to the crats, hope you have a fun little board here. I'm leaving to go to the real world. - and which by the way I won't post as anyone else. Just tired of it all and the past couple days of not reading the uneducated messages here spewed out by the crats have been refreshing.

Have another glass of kool-aid.
The feminists are always silent when it comes to conservative
And as for the liberal double-standard on speech, that's nothing new either. They've been trying since at least 2007 to get a "hate crimes" bill passed that could essentially criminalize, for instance, a Christian's right to express faith-based objections to the homosexual lifestyle and perhaps other expressions of religious convictions.

Now, this bill has been resurrected as H.R. 1913, or the "Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act of 2009" and it WAS PASSED just this week in the House of Representatives.

I am not aware of any daily idiotic Biden statements.
I'd be happy to play that game while you furiously scour the blogs for a snappy comeback in defense of the indefensible. SP is obviously note even vaguely familiar with the US constitution or with the very limited authority the VP office will offer to her. Still, if you insist, feed me some gaffes and give me something to do. It beats the heck out of responding to Obama Moslem terrorist socialist communist unAmerican hate speech.
They already ARE allowed to stay silent. That's the irony of this.
It's just one crazy loon who wants to foist HIS version of the world on the rest of us, which is no better than ramming religion down a person's throat.  What about those who wish to say the pledge, now they can't.  It was better the way it was... Say it if you want, don't say it if you don't want to.  That way everybody has the freedom to choose.
You are oddly silent in refuting anything posted...
about Obama. I don't know how posting his agenda for change is bashing him...? lol.
And again, they fall silent.....stuck her foot in
xx
You explain Biden's idiotic daily statements first, and why they are acceptable.
oh wait, that's right...he gets a free pass with all that 35 year history, confident, trustworthiness stuff.....

nevermind
Feminists were just as silent about the disgusting gender-based
When that happened, as far as I was concerned the feminists lost any moral authority they might have ever had and revealed themselves not to be a feminist movement, but an arm of the liberal movement.
EH is one example of a rabid republican nm

You rabid republicans need to

get over yourselves.  You can't have an objective conversation.  You have to be the be all and end all to every discussion.  So you support McCain....I don't.  Big deal.  You think the media is biased against your candidate...if there is any bias it probably comes from Fox News, which I wouldn't know...I don't watch them.because they ARE biased and most certainly not in favor of Obama.  I've watched them before and they are biased toward any REPUBLICAN.  Can this country not get over PARTY.

LIke the quote from Obama's book.  You republicans interpreted for him.  I personally would not be so presumptious.

Furthermore, I think you can relax as I think you will get what you want.  McCain will be in the White House when all is said and done, just wait and see.

You must have overlooked rabid....I believe that is
>>
Fanatical? Rabid?
Please elaborate. Most of the fanatical, rabid posts I see are written by the Obama crowd. Just throw out Bush or Palin's name to see the piranhas come out.

I don't know what rabid hatred feels like.
Would you please describe it to me?
I can just hear the rabid right trashing it now.

LoL.

BINGO... that's why the rabid Religious Right does
They're as bad as the fundamentalist Islamics...'It's OUR way, or the highway'!

Sheep.
What is going to happen to these rabid republicans

Will their anger fade away?

Will they accept an Obama presidency?

Will they work constructively to make our country better?

Will they undermine the progress to make themselves look better?

Will they become domestic terrorists?

I call them rabid Republicans s/m
I'm sure some of the Republican posters are nice people and sincere in their beliefs.  The "I'm keeping tally" person seems to have a real problem.  She sees every poster that doesn't agree with her as "nasty."  Well, calling people O lover, ignorant, stupid and the list goes on is pretty nasty but the only thing she/he sees as nasty is if someone happens to not support her beloved John McCain/Sarah Palin.  I am neither a Democrat nor a Republican but I can reason for myself. I respect the right of everyone to have a different opinion than mine.  I do hope the election is not decided by such narrow-minded people as post on this board!
Guess some of us must be indepedents must be rabid as well.

Better get my shots...LOL

The repubs were rabid right before the election and sm
I decided to leave until I could come back and rub it in. Here I am to all those who had their fake "poll" saying McCain would win... I am laughing so hard and you know.. he who laughs last, laughs best. WE WON WE WON WE WON... you were WRONG. Obama DID WIN.
And you lap up Bush juice like a rabid dog.....nm

"Fanatical and rabid" - oh, you mean like Janeane
Give us all a break, willya?
seems like rabid democrat common sense to me.....

Rabid rants will not support your argument.
with anything. Rememer the burden of proof thingy in the courts? Why do you think Berg the Boob is suing on grounds of "standing" and alleged "harm"...claims that thus far have been laughed out of court?
YIPES the rabid cons are taking over..Run for your lives
Liberals..YIPES..run for your life..this board has been taken over by rabid conservatives..I decided the other day not to read the posts from the conservatives who have the nerve to come over here and start trouble..Their posts are like fungus, they just keep multiplying.
You weaken your own rabid republican cause with your immature posts as above nm

Why did you post this? Republicans have been asked NOT to post here..Bye Bye.
Why did you post this?  Happy Thanksgiving is enough but to be so happy we have a republican president?  Why did you post that?  I would like to remind you, you are on the liberal board.  Are you trying to start trouble?  If so, let me know and I will report you immediately.  No, Im not happy we have a republican president, a warmonger chickenhawk president.  Does that answer your question?  Now, go back to the republican board.  We dont want you here and actually the moderator and administrator have asked republicans not to post here..Bye..bye..

I re-read your post, and I stand by my post.
You are twisting his words by saying that he wants to make friends with terrorists. That is not what he said.
Ya gotta understand the rules. We have to post on this board only. They can post on any board they

The above post explains a lot about everything else you post!
Your revelation about being married to a career Army guy explains why your views are skewed so drastically to the far right! I thought it had to do with small-town Pennsylvania, but now I truly understand where you are coming from. Thank you for explaining that us. We will read your posts in a completely different light now that we know the truth.
If you want to post something on the subject, post

objective views. This is a one-sided publication that asks for donations to keep it going. Nothing I read in there posts anything against any democrats, just republicans. It is not a fair-minded reporting.

I like to read both sides of the aisle but this publication spews hatred for anything not democratic in order to sell books.  To those who can't see both sides, this blog, or publication as they like to state, is just up their aisle. I shake my head at one-sided news. Taken from their web site:

"Indeed, a founding idea of the Consortium for Independent Journalism was that a major investment was needed in journalistic endeavors committed to honestly informing the American people about important events, no matter what the political and economic pressures.

While we are proud of the journalistic contribution that this Web site has made over the past decade – and while we are deeply grateful to our readers whose contributions have kept us afloat – we also must admit that we have not made the case well enough that this mission is a vital one.

Robert Parry broke many of the Iran-Contra stories in the 1980s for the Associated Press and Newsweek. His new book, Secrecy & Privilege: Rise of the Bush Dynasty from Watergate to Iraq, can be ordered at secrecyandprivilege.com. It's also available at Amazon.com, as is his 1999 book, Lost History: Contras, Cocaine, the Press & 'Project Truth.' "

I second your post and 'watcher's post
is misinformed crap.
My post was a direct answer to the direct post...
of Democrat. It was not a blank open-ended statement. And dial it back a notch...it is certainly your right to protest anything any time you want to. Just like it is my right to protest you protesting while men and women are still in harm's way, because you are in effect aiding the enemy. Apparently the Viet Nam experience taught you nothing. Americans protesting in the streets heartened the enemy and when they were about to surrender decided not to, based a lot upon what was happening in the American streets. I believe that the protesting in that war prolonged the war and cost more American lives. Hanoi Jane should have been tried for treason. That being said...lessons were not learned and the protestors are doing the exact same thing now. Exercising the very right bought for them by shedding of American military blood. And I still say common courtesy should keep people out of the streets and off the TV until the military are home safe. But it just proves the same thing to me over and over...the selfISHhness of the protestors vs. the selfLESSness of the military. They continue to put it all on the line for your right to protest anything you want to protest...it is up to YOU to decide where and when that is appropriate, and it is up to you to take the heat for same. It is up to me and others like me (in my opinion) to apply that heat. Go ahead and do whatever your conscience or lack thereof moves you to do. But do not expect those of a different mind not to protest the protest.
Thanks for the post. I think I will look up that

article.

And thanks for pointing out all the other "results" of his administration that, as you say, benefit nobody but the rich and/or the corporations or, as he himself once publicly bragged, "his base."

I know for a fact that when he ran for President in 2000, I told every single person I knew that if he becomes President, we're going to go to war with Iraq.  (Nobody's gonna treat his daddy like Saddam did and get away with it.)

I didn't have a crystal ball.  I had common sense and a good memory from the Gulf War when his father was President and how he didn't "finish the job." Seems a lot of other Americans forgot about that.

I really enjoyed reading your post and all the facts you raised that I failed to raise in mine.  Thanks for the mention of the LA Times article.  I'm going to try to look that up on the web.

I know they don't. I said that in my post. NM
