have no idea where to start looking

1) Abdominal discomfort, especially over the epigastrium with some radiation to the upper chest.  Differentials include gastric etiology such as reflux disease, gastritis, (s/l wildair, wild bear, wilder) disease and a remote possibility of cardiac etiology.  


I really can't find anything close to this one.  Can you help?

I don't think this is logical. They start at the rectum, then meet the sigmoid (left colon), next transverse, then right (descending) colon, then cecum last.

But I'd be more comfortable with the term rigid sigmoidoscope than colonoscope. No way can a rigid instrument get all the way around, right?
I am not positive that it is, but I thought it was a start.

though it's time consuming to look things up in there but it does have a lot of information in it. (Get the 2nd edition--1st is pretty much obsolete). I'm sure others will come up with some good leads for you, too.

You don't have to capitalize it. It is not meant to start with a capital.

There may be other opinions out there, but since it is supposed to be pH, keep it that way even if it does start the sentence. I like the idea of adding the word THE to the front, though. That works too and solves the problem! Good thinking!!!

You then titrate up to a higher dose. Titration is increasing in increments rather than giving a big dose all at once. Hope this helps.

The comma after compression is right, but take the second comma out after elicited.

And I think you should type 3rd and 4th as numbers.
