within the body of a report, do you put a comma in between. I feel like my brain just died!

Example... The patient went to a hospital in Orlando Florida. You DO put a comma, right? Do you abbreviate the state?

Gosh I feel stupid!

everyone going by their own rules. There is no consistency. And thanks to that we're now pretty much considered non professionals IMO. I say bring on the mandatory licensing/certification to bring the professionalism back to the field!

If not, I would just type as dictated and maybe put quotations around it if you are certain of what he is saying.  HTH
