No real sentence to go with this.  Just that the patient has been itching and has tried Benadryl, Gold Bond and s/l Coltz itch cream. 

Any help would be much appreciated and thank you for all your help. 

Larry's solution is a mixture of Maalox, lidocaine, and benadryl used to relieve the pain of mouth ulcers

Here's the whole sentence.  This is a patient with rectal cancer.  "Radiation was notably stopped because of the development of a moderate to severe [meese aside a seven itch] with the radiation therapy perirectally."  He went on to say that the patient had recovered from this.  He was having loose bowel movements, but they were being controlled with Imodium.  I'm not sure if the loose bowel movement part was still related to the problem in question or if he was moving on to another problem. 

Alternatively, I could also hear "moose aside a sudden itch", which is funnier, but I think the above one is a little closer.  I thought maybe "meese aside" is some kind of "cyte" or some kind of "site."  I also think it's possible that "a sudden itch" is "associated" just because it would make sense to have associated there, but it doesn't sound that close so I'm not sure.

Doing a massive rotator cuff tear repair.  Here is the full sentence.  At this point, the  Wright Medical   supris max strong??  graft was then used covering the area of the repair using Vicryl suture medial anterior and then using the lateral double row as the lateral margin of the graft covering the entire area of the repair well.

I am assuming it is Wright Medical, so I googled that but I cannot find the supris max strong.

FINALLY figured this one out.  The doc got real slow for once and the phrase he uses all the time for ie: pulses are & it s/l coolum and strong???

BUT, alas...he is saying equivalent and strong....yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhh thank's everybody for their previous help on this

Orthopedic surgeon is doing I&D and wound exploration on a patient with a comminuted tibial fracture and his leg is all messed up. So, the doc says "Tom, Dick, and Harry are all intact." I figure he said this because he was too lazy to list off the various structures he was encountering but maybe he was referring to some specific anatomy?

Normal perineal body and "levitus" with very strong ____| QA MARKER: 159 |____ contractions 5/5, not tender and the patient was able to kegal exercises very well upon request.
