I was with another GREAT (like MDI-MD) company that was bought out by MQ. The changes were very slow. QA went first with a huge pay cut. Then our option to stay with SE status was taken away. MQ turned into a nightmare. I finally left a few yrs ago and have loved being with MDI. I am disappointed that Dorothy did not stick to her word - but even more so by the recent pep talks. And to think I was sure this was another work better/faster/weekends/nights to out run VR and India nipping at our heels.

Of course, in the end, it is all about the bottom line.

I will try to have hope but I've been down this road before. If I find better option, I will take it. MDI-MD WAS my better option.
