Do NOT beat yourself up for trying to give a company the benefit of a doubt. In all honesty, we SHOULD be able to give a company the benefit of a doubt.
Don't beat yourself up for being 'naive.' You believed them, you trusted them. Up until this incident, MDI-MD had done nothing for us to NOT trust them or believe them.
It is NOT your fault that you took them at face value. There's no shame in that whatsoever.
Now that the truth has finally been admitted, yes, grab yourself by your bootstraps, dust yourself off, polish up that self-esteem, and go get yourself that GREAT job with a company you can TRUST and BELIEVE IN.
In other words, a company who deserves YOU.
