I have been watching this. I don't believe we have a right to impose treatment on someone who does not want it.

Everyone is allowed to believe how they wish.

As an aside here, up in Utah several years ago, there was a case sort of like this. They thought a boy about this age had a form of oral cancer and wanted to force him into treatment. The parents wanted to go out of state to get opinions elsewhere and there was a court order like this one. They also took off and got that opinion. The child didn't need the treatment that was originally recommended.

This is what I have to say...what if the kid doesn't want to have to go through chemo? At what point do we have the right to force others to undergo a treatment that unpleasant?

People tend to overstep their bounds. I wouldn't turn them in because I don't think this was handled correctly.
