He was very over the top with his expectations. This was back before sippy cups, so kids drank out of slippery glass glasses. Sometimes glasses would slip and milk would be spilled. You would think it was the end of the world. Here I was in grade school and I had no respect for him because I knew it was wrong. There was never any doubt in my mind, and he and others were stressing me out. I couldn't seem to convince anybody I needed help, so it wasn't until I was in my 20s that I finally took myself to a psychologist. He diagnosed me with post-traumatic stress disorder!

That's what your hubby is doing to you and your kids. You and he need to get counseling. It's not fair for him to make everybody in the house sick so he can vent. If he doesn't believe you, you just need one of those sound-activated recorders to catch one of his rants and play it back so he will hear himself. Because he has no idea how ridiculous he sounds.
