its horrible. im just really tired of it. yes, it is mental abuse, and i have said to him that i would rather him beat the crp out of me then emotionally and verbally abuse me. he thinks that is ridiculous for me to say, but for me, that is 100% worse than the other. i have gone down in my health and everything else over these last few years. anyway, gosh i sound like a weak mess huh?
