My workflow manager is not an MT, and she says so. She likes to hear ideas, but she is the one who makes sure the work gets done and everyone is around to cover. She is glad to find coverage when needed. I guess I'm pretty lucky to have a nonMT, pretty cool manager, who understands every situation. She does not claim to be a transcriptionist when she is not. I don't think I could do it though (management), as I like my nails the length that they are, so I stay typing.
