If you do decide to start your own company, I am sure you will be successful. Loyal employees are the key to any successful business, and employees who are treated well will be loyal.

I am fortunate that I found a locally based MT company that is run by very nice people who have gone out of their way to make me feel welcome. As I said, there are nice people in the world - I just wish there were more.

Kudos to you for your compassion and your ambition.
