At least the doc is TRYING, but when they try to differentiate between 'abduct' and 'adduct' by saying 'A-D-duction' or 'A-B-duction'.... they don't get it that it's still nearly impossible to tell whether they are saying 'B' or 'D' - they both sound alike on a less-than-perfect dictation system! Why can't they say, 'A-B-duct' or 'A-D-D-duct'? Then I'd be able to tell the difference.

 Oh it annoys me too!

I wish they just wouldn't puntuate at all, that's just a waste of time.  They throw in puncutation when not needed, make new paragraphs in the strangest places......if we were to follow their punctuation as they say it they would actually probably have a fit, lol! My female doctor annoys me to death...
She will be maybe... a minute into dictation... and start a convo with someone else in the room for about 4 minutes... start again, but wait!! loses her place..and skips to a completely different section.  I would say about 90% of her reports are always incomplete.  She will just hang up the phone a lot of the times.
