And why don't the hosptals start checking to see if they are legal? They go and have no intention of paying for these services. That is why the hospitals are having to close doors in some places. See why I get so angry? You have people knowingly going to get services at a ER instead of going to the doctor cause at the hospital they get away with not paying. Our government needs to step up.
