happening to save money, but on the other hand, I think it's time to give someone else a chance at customer service. Have you had any in the US lately? Most of the time they act like they are doing you a favor instead of the other way around! I hate to say it, but at least the east Indians attempt to be pleasant, unlike some of the snot-nosed people I've run into recently.
