I absolutely disagree with you on this. I don't which Indians you have been talking to, but I have not found the polite, cordial Indians you have encountered. I don't think they are any better or any worse than the U.S. customer service people - I feel lucky if half of the CS reps I encounter are polite. Mostly, I just want them to do their job and sadly, that almost never happens. It takes a minimum of 3-4 phone calls to get even a simple thing taken care of.
