I usually work for another service, but the few times I've asked to hire people, their resume says more about their mommy duties than what they can offer me. I am not saying that's what any of you are doing.

But when I need a sub, I need a sub. I don't care about your ballet lessons or soccer matches. I have a living to make and I make it by selling a product that gets there when I've agreed to have it there.

After being burned several times with "I couldn't work because I forgot there was a school play" and "It's tournament time and we were gone till 11 and I was all sunburned" I nearly automatically disregard anybody whose name says "mommy" in it.

These were all people who assured me they could meet the TAT.
