chance on offending the holy cash cow client, so they lay it on the MTs. They figure it's easier to get more MTs than to get another client. That's where it's a definite advantage working in-house, ie., a hospital. From my experience, at least the MT has something to say here. The dictator is not a client, he/she is an employee, just like the MT, and if I can't understand a dictator, all I usually had to do was go to my own supervisor. and 9 times out of 10, they sided with the MT. But at-home MTs will just have to abide with the a-- kissing of the dictator by the MTSO for now.
