IN the words of my best friend, TRUE THAT!!!! You reap what you sow. ACT like a professional and see if you don't get treated like one.
My full time job, which never takes full time hours, I am treated with a great deal of respect and appreciation. It is a national company, often mentioned on these boards. I am 100% taken care of, assigned work to keep things in tight TATs and sometimes because I like to do a specific something, or perhaps because, wow, I don't grumble about anything. MTs do a lot of whining and not a lot of acting on suggestions. It is easier to slam you than to admit you are right. I am admitting you are 100% right and I too, have proven this in the past 2 weeks.
