Sounds like she did some personal trouble shooting and found her own areas in which she could improve and took corrective action to do so.

Of course, apparently the entire MT profession and the entire WORLD are against you, so I guess being proactive and engaging in some constructive self-criticism wouldn't help you in the least.

What a very sad, very lonely person you must be.
