here's another tip.

I set up templates to type on.  If you are typing it word you could do this very easily.

I take advantage of using control F9 to insert field codes into my document (so you can center certain things for example).  These are markings that do not print on paper but you see them on your screen.)  You jump from field to field by using the F11 key.  No mouse.  Faster production.  Hope this helps.
