You anti-abortion people would rather worry about the unborn instead of worrying about the thousands of children that are living without their needs being met. Be a foster parent, adopt or send a bunch of red envelopes pleading to keep child molesters in jail if you are so bent on the red envelope idea. Good grief, do something for the children who are alive. Our dollars are being spent on enough women who shouldn't have had children already.
