All my life I have needed to use my hands to make things.  I embroider because the rhythmic motion is soothing to me, which is the same feeling I get from transcribing.  I am the one who builds things around my house.  Repairs are necessary, but no fun at all.  I enjoy taking any raw material and producing something new that never existed before I got my hands on it.  Medical reports are the same concept.  It was just noise until I transcribed it and made it a readable report.  I take pride in that.  Doing QA or revising work that has already been transcribed by VR will not do the same thing for me.
