and I never said that we should approve of or encourage our children to be gay. But it's also not our place to judge people who sin in that capacity, "lest ye be judged."

It may be a sin, but it's not a crime to be gay - the other sins you mentioned were crimes against other people. That's the difference.

God will take care of sinners in His own time. Our job is to spread His message with love, not to pass judgment with hate.
