How Sad

How completely sad! We are all supposed to be on the same side. I have been with MANY DIFFERENT companies where the I as the MT have have seen a great deal of garbage come back from QA, where I have had to send emails of the page, etc. where the AAMT BOS 2nd ED backs up what I did. AND these have all supposedly been people who have been in QA for "many years with perfect scores!" It is not the MT and it is not QA as a group, only certain LAZY OR UNEDUCATED PEOPLE! I am so very glad that I found a few really good companies who were in fact willing to train a clinic MT on acute care work types, and glad that they had QA who knew that I was training and did not hate me for it! My hope is that I am not a QA person like the OP who lumps all the mistakes into one "lazy or uncaring" group. How sad that you do not realize without MTs who want to learn, are trying to learn, and even without the "LAZY" MTs QA would have no place in this business. Now having said that, I have run across and am frustrated with MTs who continue to make the same mistake over and over again. I completely agree with your post on the "LAZY" MTs, just do not group all mistakes into that one category.

Hope that the OP finds her bliss. Life is to short to be so completely bitter about the job that you have chosen.
