I think communication is the prime tool to promote change between poor international relations. It's easy to hate, but it takes intelligence to sit down with people and negotiate. People who are extreme in their thinking and behavior are probably beyond reasoning with, but I am not talking about that. There are always going to be erratic people like that. I am talking about rational heads of state.
