just know it has been filed, and we shall see how the court rules on it. He has asked for an injunction against the DNC even nominating him until it is resolved. I don't know how it will turn out. I heard PA gov Ed Rendell castigated the press for their biased coverage on Obama (he is also a big Hillary supporter). This may get ugly, ugly.
Go to the site and read the lawsuit. There is a lot of information there...and it discusses the "natural born" issue, and the law in effect at the time Obama was born.
Also discusses the fact that he has had several names, and when he filled out papers to run for senator in Illinois, he signed a statement saying he had used no other names.
Not sure what that has to do with it either...but it is in the lawsuit.
I am taking no sides and making no judgments...I don't know what the court will do with it.

it is based on a false premise. You want to go down the Obama is a socialist road, be my guest. BTDT. This is boring stuff that lost the election for the Rove's raving right wingnuts, not to mention the fact that it is not true.
You are the one that needs to self educate. Start with looking up the state ownership part of the definition of socialism and then show us the part where O promotes this and W does not. While you busy yourself with all your anti-O smut and smear, I prefer to move forward into a brighter future.
