Using that logic....

Susan Smith and Andrea Yates should not be in jail for killing their kids. They were mentally incapable of taking care of them (like some people have claimed when they got an abortion), or didn't feel like they wanted to raise them (like some people claim when they get an abortion)...the only difference is, those kids were out of the womb and aborted kids are still in the womb. Ahhh...or are we back to the kids in the womb are not "alive." Tell me how something that is not alive takes nutrition and grows. Sorry...I don't know how you can say a woman can kill her child before it is born but it is murder after it is born. I don't see that distinction.

dog logic
The solution would be to train your dog not to do whatever it is that prompts you to kennel her in her own home. Dogs will turn neurotic and/or mean if cooped up or chained. It is very important to them to be one of the family and to feel useful, a main way being patrolling and protecting their territory and family. When mine have surprised me with weird/bad behavior, I always know I've lapsed in my understanding of dog-logic--which usually makes more sense than people-logic. First I ask my vet why my dog is acting the way it is, and with only one exception it has turned out that *I* was acting up. I have also been to obedience school, which is really training for the human. It is amazing what you learn, and gratifying as well. You will learn that pooches are very logical creatures--and they only respond to positive reinforcement. Punishing, kenneling, etc., is not going to solve your problem. I feel sorry for your dog--it can't talk, but it's definitely trying to communicate with you. Don't betray this animal's trust. Sometimes I think I wouldn't be half the person I am if I hadn't tried to live up to my dog's opinion of me.
That was my original logic too (sm)
I figured since no one had touched it or breathed on it since it had been cooked and the lid had stayed on it in the oven all night that there really weren't all that many bacteria in there to grow and that if I reheated it really well it should be safe..but judging by the overwhelming advice contrary to this no way am I eating it or serving it LOL!
no room for logic when you are brainwashed.
