See if you can go on outings with your mom without him being involved. Have your mom meet you somewhere if she drives, or ask her to watch for you when you pull up to pick her up. You can still do things with her ALONE! I know it sounds a bit avoidant, but you will still be able to see your mom and spend time with her. Maybe by doing things like this, he will get the message.....
