the first person you see to get you information. I know, when working in the hospital, that employees were about the worst about talking about the patients. When I signed a confidentiality note, I definitely did not want to lose my job and would never say nah about a patient. Having said that, I went to the head of medical records and asked for their assistance, telling them I wanted no talk at all about this family member, it was just not something I could be approached and talked about from coworkers. She provided me this assistance. I went about things in a totally right way.
