This just coming out.........former Obama staffer (while working with Obama) now coming out that he sat in a meeting with an Islamic organization in Virginia back in September, in which Mr. Asbahi was present, Obama's liason. Now that man alone has a very close relationship with Islamic organizations and it just keeps getting deeper. This Islamic organization has ties with terrorists organizations to include CAIR who was also listed as a coconspirator in terror related groups.
It just keeps getting more interesting. For those that doesn't know who Asbahi is, you need to keep your eyes wide open. Obama is knee deep involved with Muslim and Islamic organizations, even though he has made a point of using his liasons, who are mostly Muslim, to do so now that he is running for President.

Years of service do not necessariy equate to good deeds....ya gotta do better than that. He stood shoulder to shoulder with Obama while running for presidential candidacy and said when asked what he thought about Obama....

Biden has denounced Obama's poor foreign policy "judgement" over and over and over and in his own words said that "Americans are quickly realizing -- that Barack Obama is not ready to be President."
He said Obama was not ready to serve as President. Better yet, let me just list the reasons why Biden is a patsy....
About Obama he said, "Having Talking Points On Foreign Policy Doesn't Get You There."
On Obama's voting against funding for US Troops overseas he said,
"If you tell me I've got to take away this protection for these kids in order to win the election, some things aren't worth it. Some things are worth losing over. That would be worth losing over. Hundreds of lives are being saved and will be saved by us sending these vehicles over which we are funding with this supplemental legislation. And I want to ask any of my other colleagues, would they, in fact, vote to cut off the money for those troops to protect them? That's the right question. This isn't cutting off the war. On Obama's leadership in Iraq he said.....
"I Don't Recall Hearing A Word From Barack About A Plan Or A Tactic."
Biden on whether he would meet unconditionally with leaders of rogue states as Obama said he would.....
"Absolutely Positively No." Biden: "Would I make a blanket commitment to meet unconditionally with the leaders of each of those countries within the first year I was elected president? Absolutely positively no."
Oh, AND IT GETS EVEN BETTER......There's his undying love for John McCain, "God love 'em".
Biden has called McCain a personal hero and proclaimed that he would run on a McCain ticket. He has praised McCain’s stances on climate change and troop levels in Iraq. He acknowledged that McCain’s approach to foreign policy differs from President Bush’s — everything that flies in the face of lines of attack that Obama has been pushing against McCain. Remember he said he would be "honored to run against him or with him".(meaning McCain).
Now, here he stands alongside the very guy he can't stand. And you think this is an upstanding God fearing lover of his country? This man is no different than Obama; he'll do whatever is necessary to get his foot in the door for an upcoming Presidency, even if that means acceping a VP position from a guy he can't stand, doesn't agree on anything with, and likes his opposition better. Yea, what a deal we got there!!!!!

This has absolutely nothing to do with what party you belong to; it has EVERYTHING to do with your government targeting individuals as "terrorists" simply because they are uprising against their government and saying ENOUGH! This includes democrats as well!
When you see a file put out by your government specifically stating "conservative extremism", what part of that did you overlook? This has only come about since the tea party demonstrations have come about and with the government realizing millions of people are really and truly FED UP with their crap and taxing us into complete submission to the government. I couldn't care less what others think on here and there is no false assumptions made by me.
The writing is in black and white for those that care to read it. There is no assumption by what "conservative extremism" means and for those that don't live in LA la land, they too know exactly what this is.... an absolute violation of American civil rights. This opens the doors for government to turn lose police, national guard, and whatever else THEY deem necessary to shut up those that do not agree with them.

Obama represents to democrats an upstanding individual who we believe will be able to bring about a more efficient government and restore credibility to the nation (among other things). We hope this can be accomplished. However, when even the slightest hint of a rumor comes along (nevermind the source), you guys are all over it acting like it's true before any facts at all have surfaced. Because dems defend against this constant tirade of rabid pubs, we are automatically called O worshipers? Actually, in this case we were called O worshipers in the original post...LOL.

If Obama hasn't told them, they wouldn't know....they need him to think for them. Most of those "plans" he has would put so many businesses out of business it is scary to even think about it. I have been watching the blame game, mostly towards the Republicans, of which I am not, but this is absurd, to watch posters blabbering foolishly about something they obviously know nothing about. Poster is right about Federal Reserve BUT do you people not realize who signed the LANDMARK DEREGULATION bill? It was Bill Clinton folks....get your facts straight.
FINANCIAL SERVICES MODERNIZATION ACT of 1999 -- signed by President Bill Clinton. Many of you really need to read up on that one. He and Greenspan managed to drive an already overheated economy when he signed this deregulation into law. This was the root cause for the Internet and real estate bubble....sorry, but Bush was not at the helm when this problem started, but Clinton was and really pushed things over the edge and started the ball rolling when he deregulated the banks. What did he think was going to happen when he took regulation out of the banking system? He took out accountability and that's when greed started growing like wildfire.
Now, before you continue spewing Republican hatred, you might want to do your homework. As much as you might not like the answer, facts are facts and you are welcome to pull up 'ole Billy boy's "modernization act" and read up on it.
Clinton's lack of foreign policy also perpetuated this mess with Al-Qaeda, so of course any future president, dem or rep was going to have to deal with the mess he left.

It is scary that so many of you think this woman is so wonderful. How in the world can you think that when she is tromping on everyone to beat it to the White House when she is so unqualified. Plus the woman must be on welfare that she has to charge the state of Alaska for flights, hotel rooms (and not in the Days Inn either), for herself, children, etc., then go back into her expense chart and add things to get it to pass, wonder who advised her to do that?) She certainly did not disclose the wardrobe that was given to her out of campaign money, and she didn't shop at Walmart either, admidst the credit crunch she pretends to care about (I guess it doesn't apply to her personally), and where there is smoke there is fire, the woman is vindictive, look at Troopergate. This morning now it is being disclosed she leaned to special bids for the Alaskan pipeline that cannot possibly be built for years if even then and that is her platform. Anyone who cries foul about the press maligning her when they find out about sneaky things she does does not get my respect. Just listen to her interview with Katie Couric - how dumb can one get? I did not start out biased towards her, I just read about her and became alarmed.

Someone I like even better is Rep. Harold Ford from Tennessee. Every time I hear this man speak, I like him more and more and more.
I think there are lots of good candidates out there who don't fit the profiles you outlined, which I also believe to be true, and I think we're well overdue in considering those candidates because, in my opinion, what we've been offered in the last several elections -- on BOTH sides -- has been pretty pitiful. The "box" isn't working, and it's time to look outside of it.

Did anyone see the Kennedy’s endorsement for Obama and his speech this morning? I have never been more excited and inspired in politics. In my life I’ve voted both sides (usually not voting for a candidate but rather voting for the other side as a vote against a candidate). I usually tune out in politics because of outright lies. Barack is the first candidate that I finally understand what he stands for, what his plans are, and he is someone who can connect with everyone in every walk of life. He is a trustworthy, inspiring, and humble person and his voting record and other aspects of his government life give me the confidence that he would be a great president. Listening to his speeches gives me hope for a better country/future for everyone.
I respect everyone’s choice for who they think would be a better president, but I’m sick to death of Clinton and what she stands for. All you have to do is read up on the history of her and what she did when she resided in Oakland California (who her mentors/ colleagues were and what her motives/plans are). She claims to have all this “experience” but doesn’t have it. She takes what her husband accomplished and if it was something good she claims credit to it and if it was bad she had nothing to do with it. Meanwhile her husband is so consumed/greedy (not sure which word best suits him – maybe consumed with greed) to get back into the white house that he is purposely destroying the opponents (even Ted Kennedy had to call and admonish him), but that is the Clinton legacy, destroying other people’s lives. Then when someone does call him on something he will point his finger at them in a threatening way and plays the victim role. It makes me ill just thinking of having someone as corrupt as both of them back in the white house.
If Bill was such a great president they should bring up all the great things that happened under his presidency, but we are not hearing any of it, why? Because there is none. In my opinion he was one of the worst presidents in history. Not one thing he did was for the good of the country. And if anyone believes that she was such a “good wife” while he was out messing around with other women think again. She had her mind set on being president a long time ago. She just uses him to get what she wants. Everything she does has always been calculated.
As for his presidency, I think people are forgetting….he lied under oath and he was impeached for it. Which brings me to another question…why does anyone believe anything he has to say now? Remember the phrase “that all depends on what the meaning of is, is”. Then there was Waco Texas – people were burned alive. But they called them members of a cult, so I guess that made it okay. Then let’s see…Somalia, Bosnia, Monica (and no it wasn’t just about having an affair with her or all the other women), receiving illegal contributions, Vince Foster, and the list goes on and on and on.
